Experience Criteria:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
(b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least BDT 700.00 (Seven Hundred) lakhs [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
Financial Criteria:
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 1,000.00 (One Thousand) Lakh per year during the last 05(five) years, totaling BDT 5,000.00 lakh (1000 x 5 = 5,000.00 Lakh [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].
(d) The minimum amounts of Liquid Assets shall be at BDT 300.00 (Three Hundred) Lakh and must be submitted in accordance with the e-PW3-8 format.
(e) The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be at BDT 1500.00 (One Thousand Five Hundred) lakhs. a Joint Venture (JV), all partners must possess liquid assets.
(f) Upto date ABC license.
(g) Satisfying All other Criterion laid down in the TDS and PCC must be satisfied.
