The Tenderer shall have a valid Trade License.
The Tenderer shall have a valid VAT Registration Certificate (BIN).
The Tenderer shall have a valid TIN Certificate.
The Tenderer shall submit a valid Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the latest assessment year.
The Tenderer shall submit an updated Bank Solvency Certificate issued by any scheduled bank.
The Tenderer must have experience in supplying similar goods to any Government, Semi-Government.
Abc supervisor license.
Abc contactor license.
IRc licensee.
Autonomous Organization, or reputed private organization within the last three (3) years. Relevant supporting documents shall be submitted with the tender.
The Tenderer must not be blacklisted, debarred, or declared ineligible by any Government organization, autonomous body, or e-GP authority.
The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the contract under the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh.
The Tenderer shall fulfill all other conditions mentioned in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS), General Specifications, Special Specifications, BOQ, and other sections of the Tender Document.
The offered goods must comply with the technical specifications and quality standards mentioned in the BOQ and Tender Document.
The Tenderer shall have adequate after-sales service support facilities.
The Tenderer shall submit the manufacturer’s authorization letter (if applicable)
The Tenderer shall submit Tender Security in the prescribed format and amount as mentioned in the Tender Document.
The Tenderer shall provide warranty/guarantee and after-sales service support for the supplied goods as specified in the Tender Document.
