1. a) The Tenderer shall be Supplier, Contractor and actual manufacturer or authorized agent of foreign manufacturer.

2. b) The Tenderer shall have a specific experience for supply of similar goods and related services in any government/semi-government/autonomous organization.

3. c) Foreign supply record of manufacturer shall have to attach along with tender document.

4. d) The Tenderer shall submit the sample (i.e. Motor, Pump, Starter, MCCB) before submission of Tender.

5. e) The manufacturer of the motor-pump should be ISO 9001: 2015 standard and the motor-pump should be CE certified.

6. f) The Tenderer should have updated Trade license, Income Tax clearance certificate & TIN and VAT registration certificate
