1. The tenderer shall have the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the TDS & PCC.

2. a) The minimum general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods and related services shall be a minimum 5 (Five) years.

3. b) The minimum specific experience of the tenderer in the supply of similar type of goods under at least 1 (one) contract with a value of at least Tk. 70 (Seventy) lac at any Government/ Semi-Government/ Autonomous body/Renowned private organization successfully completed in a financial year within the last 5 (Five) years.

4. c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk. 80 (Eighty) lac. (Format from standard tender document must be followed)

5. d) Up-to-date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Registration Certificate.

6. g) Manufacturer Authorization letter is required.

7. h) The Bidder shall submit the official manufacturer’s catalog, duly signed and stamped by the Bidder, for each item included in the Price and Delivery Schedule.

8. i)The supplier shall carry out the installation and configuration of all accessories.

9. j)The Supplier shall provide a Warranty Certificate issued by the Manufacturer.

10. k)Khulna University authority reserves the right to disqualify any tenderer due to intentional rate quoting/front loading.
