8. 03 sample signatures on your institutional pad and 01 copy of a recently taken passport size color photograph must be submitted after being attested by a first class officer.

9. Tenders of those whose bank draft is not available with their tenders will be considered as rejected. If any fake bank draft/pay order is submitted, legal action will be taken as per the provisions of PPR-2008 (amended-2009, 2026, 2018 and 2025) including rejection of the tender of that bidder, subject to proof. After the completion of the tender process, after receiving the performance security of the successful bidder, the pay order/bank draft of the tender security will be returned to the unsuccessful bidder on application.

10. Certificate of receipt of bill of at least 10,00,000 (ten lakhs) taka for successful supply of goods at least once in 5 years in any government/semi-government/autonomous specialized institution.
