1. Only genuine Battery Manufacturer are submit to theTender (Supplier's other than Manufacturer are not allowed).

2. Tenderer shall have

   1. Valid & updated trade license.
   2. Valid & updated income tax & TIN certificate
   3. Valid VAT/BIN registration certificate

3. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 02 (Two) years general experience in the supply of similar Goods and Related Service .

4. The tenderer shall have specific experience of satisfactory completion of Same/Similar Goods and Related Service of minimum Tk.2.00 Lac under single contract within last 02 (Two) years (years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper/e-GP System) in any Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous organization.

5. The bidder must provide documentary evidence proving that they are the actual Manufacturer

6. Battery must be 1(One) Year Guarantee. Within Guarantee period, Damage Battery must be replaced by new Battery.

7. The bidder submit Price instead of Replace same size old Damage battery (Old Battery Delivery Within One Year)
