a. All the tenderer must follow the PPR-2015 rules & regulation;
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded;
(I) Up-to-date Valid Trade License/ e-Trade License with clearance ;
(II) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate with acknowledgement slip;
(III) Up to date e-BIN (Vat) registration certificate with Clearance upto June 2026;
(IV) The specific experience as supplier in supply of similar nature goods of minimum 30 lakh under One (1) contracts successfully completed the last 3 years.
(V) Liquid Assets Value of Tk.30 Lakh in the form of letter commitment for Bank’s Undertaking for line of credit (Form PG3-8)
(VI) Manufacturer Authorization Letter or Contract deed with the Importers/Manufacturer
(VII) Upto Dated or duly authorized Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(VIII) Original Catalogue/ Brochure must be submitted.
(XI) Manufacturer/ Supplier must be ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 or equivalent Certificate.
(VI) Annual Turn over the last three (03) years
