The required audit reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheet shall be for the past [01] year.
The minimum specific experience in civil construction works of at least 1(one) contract of similar nature of works successfully completed within the last five (5) years with a value of at least Tk. 80.00 (Eighty) lakh of any Government, Semi government or Autonomous organizations.
The required annual civil construction turnover is average of the best three (3) years among the last five (5) years with a value of Tk. 50.00 (Fifty) lakh.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 41.00 (Forty One) lakh.
The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 91.00 (Ninety One) lakh.
