a) Reputed contractors/construction firms who have minimum 5 (Five years of general experience in construction works as prime contractor or subcontractor or management contractor..
b) As a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (One) contract value of at least Tk. 8,00,00,000.00 (Eight Crore) successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years in Government/Semi-government/autonomous organization of Bangladesh.. The contract shall consist of at least 8 storied building with RCC Fair Face Concrete work of amount not less than 3,00,00,000.00 (Three Crore).
c) The Tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (five) years of Tk.27 (Twenty Seven) crore supported by payment certificates of construction works.
d) The minimum amount of liquid asset or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 7 (Seven) crore .. Document of Liquid Assets submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be in the form of letter of commitment of Bank for line of credit to the Tenderer in favour of the work in the form PW3-7, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected.
