  1. Experience Criteria:

  2. (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (Five) years [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].

  3. (b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in construction works of at least 01 (one) contract of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 (five) years, with a value of at least BDT 2,700.00 (Two Thousand and Seven Hundred) lakhs [ years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].

  4. Financial Criteria:

  5. (c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 3,000.00 (Three Thousand) Lakh per year during the last 05(five) years, totaling BDT 15,000.00 lakh (3000 x 5 = 15,000.00 Lakh [years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper].

  6. (d) The minimum amounts of Liquid Assets shall be at BDT 600.00 (Six Hundred) Lakh and must be submitted in accordance with the e-PW3-8 format.

  7. (e) The Minimum Tender Capacity shall be at BDT 3,600.00 (Three thousand and six hundred) lakhs.

  8. (f) Upto date ABC license.

  9. (g) Satisfying All other Criterion laid down in the TDS and PCC must be satisfied.
