1. a) The minimum numbers of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be (05) Five years.

2. b) The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor in Electrical Substation Releated Works of at least 01(ONE) contract successfully completed within the last 05 (Five) years, each with a value of at least Tk. 23.00 Lakh of Government/Semi Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.

3. c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 21.00 Lakh over the last (05) five financial years.

4. The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk.15.00 Lakh. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of (Form e-PW2A-8) mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender

   1. Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate and Bank Statement will be not allowed as liquid asset .

5. e) According to CPTU Letter Memo No: 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date : 10.10.2019 & According to the Letter Memo No : OAM/439/EED/Post Graduate/1666; Dated : 24.12.2019 from Office of The Chief Engineer of Education Engineering Department, the tenderer who has not start his/her work/works within 7 days from signing Contract or Agreement; or 28 days stop work/works without any acceptable reason or schedule stipulated time has paased away but his/her work/works not yet completed, he/she will not be eligible for this tender notice.

6. f) The Bidders who have works pending which are not completed in due time without valid reason and the quality of works is not satisfactory then they will be Non responsive for this Tender.
