  1. All the tenderers must

  2. be registered with CPTU through e-GP Portal.

  3. submit all requisite documents mentioned in tender document. Failing to comply with the requirements, the tender will be summarily rejected.

  4. The work may be totally dropped, decreased or increased depending on the project period and available fund as well. No claim or extra rate will be entertained for cancellation of the tender or issuance of work order with decreased quantity of work.

  5. The Tenderers with own responsibility and expense will visit and examine the Site and Obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for performance of the works.

  6. No additional cost for carrying materials or equipments to the site can be claimed. No Damage shall be done to the embankment / road during carrying of materials or equipments to the site. The contractor will be liable for any damage to the embankment/road and must repair the damaged sites to the previous condition.

  7. Liquid asset certificate must be submitted in the prescribed format attached in section 7 (General Specification).

  8. Payment of work will be made on availability of budget & fund release. No extra claim/ interest for delaying in payment will be entertained. R/A bill will be entertained on the availability of budget and fund. But work progress can not be hampered for lack of fund release/ want of R/A Bill.

  9. Flood fighting work will be done by contractor. Failure may be a cause for contract termination.

  10. The design may be changed/altered/revised (if required) and quantity of tender item may be increased or decreased.

  11. The selected contractor will handover total work site at a time. No scope to handover the site partly.
