1. a) Specific Experience: Experience certificate/work order of successfully completed yearly contract basis operation, maintenance and servicing of minimum 1500 KVA capacity 11/0.44 KV electrical sub-stations amounting to BDT 20,00,000/- only in a single work order within last 05 (Five) years in any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous/Commercial organization/hospital. Certificate must be issued by an official not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent.

2. b) Valid ABC electrical Contractory license from Electrical Licensing Board, Bangladesh in the name of the bidder.

3. c) Copy of manufacturing certificate in favor of the bidder of different electrical sub-station equipment/items.

4. d) List of qualified technical staffs who will be engaged with the work.

5. e) The bidder shall have to quote the rate of spare parts in the attached list and submit with the tender. (Please see section: 8, Particular Specifications)

6. f) Signed copy of attached terms and conditions (See section: 8, Particular Specifications).

7. g) The bidder should visit the site before submission of the tender and quote rate accordingly. Any extra claim for unawareness of the local conditions and any unforeseen difficulties will not be entertained to the contractor.

8. h) Valid Trade License.

9. i) Up to date TIN and updated tax return documents.
