সরকারি বিজ্ঞপ্তি থেকে অপরিবর্তিতভাবে উদ্ধৃত। এটি ক্রয়কারী সংস্থার নিজস্ব ভাষা, কোনও নির্দিষ্ট প্রতিষ্ঠান যোগ্য কি না সে বিষয়ে TenderUp-এর মূল্যায়ন নয়।

1. 1.The Tenderer shall have all legal documents such as Updated Trade License, Latest Income Tax Clearance certificate or Acknowledgement of Income Tax Return slip, VAT Registration Certificate, IRC etc.

2. The Tenderer shall have experience, financial solvency and fulfillment of the technical specification as required in the Tender Document.

3. The tenderer shall have legal capacity to enter into the contract.

4. Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter is required (Manufacturer’s full Mailing Address with email and Website must be mention in Authorization Letter).

5. Sample Submission: The Tenderer must submit 05 (Five) Pcs. of SKD components and 05 (five) Pcs. of complete LED (Glass) Tube as non-refundable sample as per Technical Specification of Tender Document to the PE Office before Submission of the tender. The sample receiving copy must be attached with the tender Documents. Sample must be comply the lab test, otherwise the offer will be treated as technically non-responsive. The lab test will be done at ETL.

6. Mill Test Certificate and Catalog Submission: Tenderer must submit Product Catalog and Mill Test Certificate for offered product along with the tender documents. Tenders submitted without the required Product Catalog(s) and Mill Test Certificate shall be considered non-responsive and will be rejected during evaluation.
