1. The Tenderer shall submit with its Tender the following documents:

2. (i) Trade license for 2025-2026 financial year.

3. (ii) Income tax payment certificate for 2025-2026 financial year with TIN number

4. (iii) VAT registration certificate

5. (iv) Financial solvency certificate for the current year and 3 months bank statement and bank balance update 8,00,000/- OR 8,00,000/-liquid Asset (Working Capital) Letter of Commitment for Banks Undertaking for Line of Credit (From PG2-8) shall be submitted

6. v) NID Photocopy/Citizenship certificate

7. vi) Related work experience 3 year

8. vii) In the case of a representative, a power of attorney from the owner must be submitted.

9. viii) Pay Order/Bank Draft/Bank Gurantee of 25,000/- (Tk) from any Scheduled Commercial Bank should be submitted to the Commander (Additional DIG), 12 APBN, Dhaka

10. ix) A sealed lentil sample must be submitted on the day of tender submission.

11. x) The bidder must comply with the conditions mentioned in the attachment.
