1. The Invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers who satisfy the following:

2. (a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor shall be 05 (five) years.

3. (b) The Tenderer must have successful completion experience of at least 01(one) complete Civil construction/Repairing work of Tk. 10.00 (ten) lakh during last 05 (five) years in Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous Bodies.

4. (c) The minimum Average Annual Construction Turnover related to Civil construction/Repairing work is Tk. 20.00 (twenty) lakh (Best 03 years of last 05 years will be considered). All work completion certificates must be enclosed with the tender (Payment certificate not allowed).

5. (d) The minimum amount of financial resources as liquid asset or working capital or credit line(s) or specific credit commitment or in any combination of them, of the Tenderers shall be Tk. 10.00 (ten) lakh.

6. (e) Black listed/debarred bidders from any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous organization will be treated as ineligible to participate in the Tender.

7. (f) Up to date Trade License, Income Tax clearance certificate, VAT registration certificate.

8. (g) Other required conditions and documents of the tenderer are shown in Tender Data Sheet (TDS) of tender documents must be fulfilled.

9. (h) All other criteria will be taken according to the Public Procurement Act-2006 and its amendment.
