1. The folowing documents must be submitted along with the submitted documents. Otherwise, the tender wil be considered as canceled.

2. Updated Income Tax Payment Certificate

3. VAT Registration Certificate

4. Valid Trade License of the company

5. Financial Solvency Certificate

6. National ID card with 01 copy of recent passport size photo

7. Ownership Certificate

8. Declaration/Agreement signed by a Gazetted Officer to the effect that the bidder is not blacklisted

9. Renewed Agricultural Marketing License and relevant work experience certificate.

10. Must have a wheat grinding mil or submit a contract with the mil owner with location/address of the mil along with al supporting documents.

11. For warehousing the monthly alotted wheat, the bidder must have a secure warehouse adjacent to the mil with a capacity of 80 MT.

12. Sample of Wheat Flour (Ata) must be submitted to Police Ration Store,Rangpur before the opening of the tender.
